Only the exact qualifications as described below fulfil the requirement Danish A. In you application you must upload documentation as proof your upper secondary education fulfil the language requirement.

If you have not received a passing grade for the course/qualification, you do not fulfil the language requirement.

No other forms of qualifications or documentation fulfil the language requirement.

Qualifications
  • L I (Danish as your mother tongue)
  • L II, completed after S5/1.g or S7/5.g (3 hours)
  • L III - 6 year (4 hours, completed after S7/3.g)

Exam year: 2011-2012:

  • the linguistic profile: the subject is a profile subject with the number of hours 4+4+4
  • other profiles: Compulsory with the number of hours 4+4+4

As of 2013:

  • Danish is a core subject with the number of hours 4+4+4

* Teaching in Danish takes place at the Duborg-school as Danish as a mother tongue. Additionally, the students have attended a Danish school since kindergarten with Danish speaking teachers and Danish text books.
