Application rounds

  • For available places with study start in February: 1 December - 5 December
  • For available places with study start in September: 1 June - 5 June

Here you can find an overview of master’s programmes at the University of Copenhagen that have available places (second application round).

Please note:

  • From year to year it may vary who can apply. For some programmes only students with legal right of admission may apply, for others all may apply. This is indicated in this year’s overview of programmes below.
  • You must automatically fulfil the admission requirements for the programme in question.
  • The programs will usually only be announced shortly before the second application round opens.

Available programs starting in February 2026

ALL programs with available places in this application round only accept applications from applicants with a LEGAL RIGHT OF ADMISSION. A legal right of admission means that you are guaranteed a place in the master’s programme that is the direct academic continuation of your bachelor’s degree. This right is valid for three years from the date you complete your bachelor’s programme.
