Organisation
The Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences is managed by an executive board consisting of a Head of Department, two Deputy Heads of Department, and a Head of Administration. The executive board is responsible for the department's overall finances, human resources, and general management. The executive board develops the department's strategic objectives and direction in consultation with section heads, research group leaders and committees.
Together, the executive board and the heads of sections constitute the PLEN Management Team. They meet every three weeks to discuss the department's operations and development.
