Do you want to work at the Department of Biomedical Sciences

The Department of Biomedical Sciences (BMI) has around 300 employees, a large number of external researchers and teachers as well as a lot of students who do projects in one of our research groups. All in all around 550 people are associated with the department.
Interdisciplinary composition
The institute’s strength lies in its interdisciplinary composition of medically and natural science–trained staff, including molecular biologists, bioinformaticians, biochemists, anatomists, physiologists, endocrinologists, pharmacologists, developmental biologists, and clinicians, supported by a strong team of laboratory technicians, biomedical analysts, and administrative staff.
