Center for 4D Cell Dynamics

About the Center
The Center for 4D Cell Dynamics provides access to advanced microscopy, live-cell imaging, and image analysis.
We help academic and industry researchers visualize and understand cellular processes in space and time using state-of-the-art technologies and specialized expertise.

Lattice Light Sheet Microscope (LLSM)
Gain access to advanced Lattice Light Sheet Microscopy (LLSM) for high-speed, high-resolution 3D imaging of live cells and tissues.
Our customised Zeiss system combines powerful lasers and highly sensitive cameras, enabling researchers to capture biological processes in real time with minimal photodamage to samples.
How to get access
The center for 4D cell dynamics welcomes researchers who are interested in collaborating with us.
Researchers can submit their project proposals to the center for evaluation.
The proposals will be assessed based on their relevance and applicability according to the compatibility with equipment specifications, scientific excellence of the research, availability of resources required to complete the project, and compliance with Danish legislation.
To apply, researchers should contact us with a brief 1 page description of their proposed activity, expected tool usage, and the number of users involved.
As the facility is not fully functional yet, we might be limited in the amount or type of projects we can take on.
We will assess whether we can accommodate every project on an individual basis.
Here you can find us
